River
Landing: This Clyde Johnston design
is a great choice for your first or last golf round on a Myrtle
Beach area golf trip. The two 18-hole courses have Bent grass
greens and Bermuda grass fairways and roughs offer superb condition
of play. The Northeast Cape Fear River creates a spectacular
backdrop, and with cascading waterfalls and stunning holes,
River Landing is superior to many of the courses down in Myrtle
Beach. 
Magnolia
Greens: This is a superb 27-hole golf course in Wilmington
that's conveniently located to all the hotels. This Tom Jackson
design is fun to play, but not without its challenges.
You'll find Bent Grass Greens, Bermuda Fairways, 5 tee boxes
per hole and excellent practice facilities. Rated 4 ½ stars
by Golf Digest, Magnolia Greens has hosted several PGA events,
including the 1998 and 1999
PGA Tour first stage Q-School.
Castle
Bay: This 18-hole championship Scottish links style
course features plenty of typical links hazards
such as deep bunkers, water, and expansive waste areas. And,
true to links tradition, the wind is always a factor. Castle
Bay features rolling hills with manicured fairways and is woven
through protected wetlands. It's quite a challenging course
that will satisfy golfers who enjoy a good test of skill.
Magnolia
Greens Villas: These fully
furnished and equipped golf course villas are located on
the 15th hole at Magnolia Greens Golf Plantation. These are
spacious 2 bedroom condos with efficient kitchens and private
entrances. These premises are smoke free. The villas are just
300 yards from the Clubhouse, five
minutes to downtown Wilmington, and just fifteen minutes to
the beaches.
Holiday
Inn Wilmington: This is a contemporary,
full-service hotel that offers distinctive North Carolina
hospitality and excellent value near Wilmington’s
historic waterfront attractions and beaches. You'll find well-appointed
